Product Operations Generalist

You will be part of the Product and Engineering Program Management Organization, responsible for leading processes that touch all different parts of the company. You will help ensure that the Product organization is in lock step, and coordinate several activities, communicate updates broadly across the organization, and lean in wherever necessary to make sure different tasks are completed. Your role will involve an understanding of team member management, and the ability to work with passionate people intent on delivering valuable products. This role will report into the Program Operations Manager.

The impact you will have: 

• Guide various product operations projects end-to-end
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between teams or organizations
• Develop an understanding of different team's missions to organize projects and their associated timelines
• Collaboratively create multiple strategies on ways to improve the existing processes
• Program Manage Private Previews
• Be a team player

What we look for:

• Excited to be a team player who wears many different hats
• Can create solutions to solve large-scale problems
• Experience leading update syncs (preference for Agile/Scrum/JIRA experience)
• Listen well to improve cohesiveness across different teams to help reach the necessary decisions
• You understand the benefits of moving quickly
• Experience with SQL, and building dashboards is helpful
