What We Are Looking For:
Ivanti’s Product team is looking for a Product Operations Coordinator. The Product Operations Coordinator at Ivanti is responsible for managing multiple strategic cross-functional initiatives.
In this highly visible role, you will use your experience in project management methodologies to drive the planning and execution of work across our Product teams while connecting and providing transparency to our business partners across the organization
What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop systems and process around how we execute the product function, working closely with and directly supporting Product organization
- Ensure Product team is channeling the voice of the customer into market facing Product, ensuring clear communications between Product and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all status materials and roadmap documents are compiled, kept up to date and accurate
- Support the Product Marketing, Enablement, Sales and Customer Support teams with the product knowledge, context, and insights they need to be successful
- Become an SME analyzing existing processes across all of our products and identify areas of improvement
To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:
- 2-5 years of experience in project and/or product operations or management within a technology organization
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a cross functional environment
- Excellent partnership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills, quality focus and detail orientation
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles as organizational demands deem necessary
- Experience launching products is a plus
