Responsibilities:

Focus on loyalty program products and Paid ads products, cooperate with the business teams and analyze data results in order to generate insights and recommendations for product optimization. design the year plan and execution schedule regarding overall team OKR.
Collaborate closely with the product team, providing support in product design, make sure all key points covered, confirm the final version to keep up with business needs. align with all stakeholders and take the responsibility of product priority.
Undertake thorough quality assurance (QA) responsibilities for all active campaigns, monitoring and ensuring adherence to established guidelines, industry best practices, and organization standards to maintain the highest level of satisfaction for our global user base.
Engage in active cooperation with various teams across the organization, working collaboratively to continuously improve overall user experience by identifying and addressing points of friction, as well as introducing innovative solutions to provide an engaging and seamless journey for our customers.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in digital marketing planning and execution within the tech, gaming, internet, or e-commerce sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in implementing and configuring marketing automation and/or loyalty products such as vouchers, tasks, points, and have a knowledge of paid ads platforms, etc.
A deep understanding of and a strong inclination towards the rapidly evolving crypto, blockchain, and technology industries, accompanied by the ability to adapt to market developments and apply current trends in digital marketing to achieve growth objectives.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is compulsory.
The capability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and demonstrating strong initiative, in addition to possessing excellent problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
