Maven is looking for a Product Operations Associate to join our scaling product organization and help create systems to drive efficiency as we scale. From onboarding new team members and helping them ramp, to building deeper feedback loops with our internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for understanding the team’s processes and identifying pain points to help create better solutions. In this role, you’ll be the glue between our internal team members and our stakeholders across the organization.
What you’ll do:
- Help onboard new product and engineering hires through structured onboarding programming including bringing in rotating speakers, maintaining documentation, and identifying current gap areas
- Identify pain points in current product team processes and create solutions to maximize efficiency as we grow
- Develop communication strategy to ensure stakeholders are informed of product updates including roadmap changes and launches via different channels based on audience
- Build and maintain an open feedback loop with internal stakeholders to collect product questions and feedback in a systematic way
- Learn the product deeply in order to create and maintain documentation as we scale
- Support internal stakeholders in escalating and triaging bugs appropriately
- Manage the product organization’s suite of tools and documentation systems
What you'll need
- 1-3 years experience
- Growth mindset with a solutions oriented approach — you critically think about gaps and challenges and focus on how to solve for them balancing speed with operational rigor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with different audiences
- User-centered approach — you’re thoughtful in communicating why we do things and bringing the team along to implement new solutions
- Interest in sharpening analytical skills in order to take a data-driven approach to help drive insights
- Comfortable with navigating ambiguity in order to drive alignment; comfort in asking questions
- Detail oriented and able to balance multiple priorities
