Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Product Operations Associate Manager to operationalize new technology built by product & data teams in close partnership with operations and business teams. Serving as the connection point between operations, product, data, and technology, this role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Transformation, who reports directly to the SVP of Manufacturing. This
role will be expected to 1) bridge product and operation teams, as the subject matter expert and direct partner to project managers 2) bring operational and business needs back to the project management and software product teams and 3) drive end-to-end execution and ultimately ensure value capture and
cross-functional alignment.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong strategic & analytical skills, has
a demonstrated propensity for solving difficult problems, is an operator who is adept at understanding complex tech & data components, and embodies a team-first mindset. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will find themselves a strong cultural fit.

Within the first 6 months, you will…

  • Work with the Product, Data, Operations, Strategy, and Supply Chain teams to identify, size, and actively prioritize all potential improvement initiatives & opportunities on the roadmap
  • Support Product Managers in the coordination and execution of product-related tasks and initiatives; ensure product-related documentation is accurate and up to date for all teams
  • Work cross-functionally with a wide array of business units (e.g., product, brand, operations, strategy, licensing, etc.) to deliver on high-visibility initiatives, ensure efficiency, and communicate improvements and bottlenecks
  • Become the “operations right arm” of Product teams to ensure technology and product solutions are meeting operational and business needs
  • Help Fanatics Collectibles drive improvement in data-driven operational processes, including quality, speed, and cost efficiency of processes, to ultimately deliver a better consumer experience to collectors

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-4 years of experience & technical background, with a preference for data & technology builds, supply chain or manufacturing, general project management -- e.g., PM, PO, BA, scrum master, tech lead or another relevant role
  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong business acumen, ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks
  • Team-first management mindset, with a passion for cross-functional collaboration to both solve complex problems and execute end-to-end solutions
  • Degree in engineering or operations, supply chain or manufacturing, business or economics, computer science or similar preferred
  • Familiarity with SQL, Jira, AWS is a plus
