Your role

As a Product Operations and Enablement Manager, you are Juni’s cross-functional team communicator and collaborator, shaping products/solutions using the inputs from stakeholders, and data from a variety of sources to formulate early impact, risk and complexity assessments, to motivate and prioritize product delivery. 

You are relentlessly focused on stellar execution of the product roadmap, partnering with both Product and internal teams to enhance the product development experience, provide visibility and increase internal team efficiency by driving tools and process improvements.A blend of detective work, influencing, analytics, payments and fintech savvy make this a unique and exciting role that will provide an opportunity to work with multiple teams across the company and around the globe.

Your responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Take ownership of the product development framework, and ensure execution to compliant standards

• Support the execution of NPAP for all relevant initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance

• Support tactical product execution while driving long-term, strategic initiatives to support Juni’s product offering

• Scale well-defined product development processes that enable Juni to launch new products and services of high quality, at speed

• Liaise closely with the different product domains to perform early discovery on new roadmap initiatives, inspire new offerings and help drive our core product strategy

• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, FinCrime, Customer Success and Operations, to achieve alignment

• Contribute your expertise to helping product teams build new features

Within 1 month you will:

• Start your onboarding in the company;

• Participate in the first cross-functional initiative;

• Acquire a deeper understanding of our main objectives and challenges to overcome;

• Meet all of Product’s internal stakeholders and take over stakeholder management with these;

• Proactively get to know your colleagues.

Within 3 months you will:

• Have found your workspace with the other strategic roles and will have been part of the first cross-functional exploration decisions;

• Defined how your function can enable the next stage in Juni’s product vision;

• Solved your first challenges of coordination, organisation and/or conflicts;

• Understood, questioned, and contributed to the engineering objectives and the metrics used to measure them.

Within 6 months you will:

• Have a deep understanding of your role and how to generate the greatest possible impact within Juni;

• Be leading all pre-discovery initiatives with an impact on all engineering;

• Taken on ownership of the product development framework and facilitated consistent implementation across all product teams; and

• Have achieved measurable improvements in the productivity of the team.

Your qualifications

What we need to see:

• 3 years product operations or program management experience

• Fintech, e-commerce, or neobanking experience

• Track record of leading impactful stakeholder relationships in product-centric environments

• Communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that enable clarity and trust at all levels with a proven track record of influencing and driving delivery across multiple teams. 

• Comfortable managing constructive debate, and willing to challenge the status quo

• An operationally-focused mindset, with an ability to lead teams through complex execution by using planning and solid metrics

• Experience with banking, credit, payment and card schema infrastructure and fluency in different data formats

• Deep understanding of and interest in compliance practices across the EU and UK

What we’d love to see:

• 5 years product management experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field or equivalent experience

• Facilitating change while bringing teams along the journey
