About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced product marketer to lead the growth of Udemy Business. You will be integral in telling the Udemy Business story and create compelling messaging, strategy, and resources for our Enterprise product. You will leverage market and competitive insights to influence product roadmap and increase GTM success. 
About You
You will be responsible for crafting and telling the narrative that is supported by market insights and analysis and help to create product direction for Udemy Business. You have experience in a variety of product marketing functions, including messaging and positioning, product launch, win/loss analysis, competitive analysis, and market insights. You’ve worked with customer-facing teams to enable them to speak to our product and vision and incorporate the customer’s voice into all that we do.
You will own the positioning and messaging of Udemy Business products by deeply understanding the platform, content, industry, and customer profile of Udemy Business buyers and end learners.  You will own competitive intelligence for similar products to clearly articulate our value and differentiation and partner with the sales team to close opportunities.

Here's What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop the end-to-end launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the go-to-market plan
  • Translate customer and market needs for roadmap 
  • Own competitive intelligence and enable cross-functional teams through market and industry analysis 
  • Develop product messaging that differentiates the products in the market and resonates with various segments
  • Develop the necessary materials to support the effective marketing of our products (product presentations, product demos and videos)

We're Excited About You Because You Have

  • A BA/BS degree from an accredited university
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Proven success with enterprise Saas B2B software product experience
  • An ability to translate customer needs into product roadmap and priorities 
  • Excellent relationship-building skills that can work across teams in different locations and functions.
  • Strong leadership and presentation skills that can communicate complex business products in a simple, compelling way.
  • Strategic, analytical thinking capabilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • A customer-centric approach in everything you do to make into go-to-market & product development processes world-class.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM (eg. Salesforce, Marketo), SQL, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs 
Minimum Salary: $110,000 + Equity + Benefits (See Below)
Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.

- Parental Leave: 8 weeks of leave at 100% pay for parents who take time off from work following the date of birth, adoption, or foster placement beginning at six months of employment; this amount is in addition to pregnancy-disability benefits at 100% pay, if applicable.
- Holidays: 10 paid holidays throughout the year; during COVID-19, Udemy also provides roughly one “Wellness Day” per month while working from home.
