Product Marketing Manager - Solutions

Intro to role:

We are looking for an experienced solutions product marketer to partner with our GTM teams (marketing, sales, customer success) to help drive pipeline and bookings for our Core Commercial business. You will be part of the product marketing team, reporting to the director of solutions marketing.

What you will be doing:

You will partner across the GTM team to craft strategies and plans for our Core Commercial segment, which includes SMB and Mid-Market companies. To do so, you will integrate offerings into broader solutions, strategize and co-develop marketing campaigns and sales plays, and tailor Seismic’s messaging for our different audiences. You will identify and size new growth opportunities, develop compelling content, and help the rest of the organization understand our key personas. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and plan for our Core Commercial business in partnership with global marketing, sales, customer success, and enablement 
  • Conduct research, monitor market trends, and provide analysis used to inform GTM strategy and messaging
  • Help codify audience-centric messaging across the customer lifecycle through the creation and activation of foundational materials such as personas and solution maps
  • Collaborate across the GTM team to identify and execute high impact campaigns and sales plays (new co & install base)
  • Contextualize Seismic Enablement Cloud messaging for our different segments and personas, and write or curate supporting content such as presentations, demonstrations, videos, blogs, webinars, events, and solution briefs
  • Create compelling and easy to understand internally facing content such as playbooks
  • Support and contribute to enablement strategies and initiatives that accelerate GTM team productivity 

What you will bring to the team:

  • 4-7 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS preferably in the sales or mar-tech space
  • Passion for the role enablement technology plays for growing businesses
  • Proven ability to distill complex information into understandable, actionable, persuasive assets that helps decision makers connect the value of Seismic for their organization
  • Customer-centric approach, with experience in generating qualitative and quantitative insights and using those insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Strong partnership, people, and communications skills
  • Proven ability to ideate and bring new solutions to market
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders in marketing, sales, and customer success to develop GTM plans, campaigns and sales/CS plays that overachieve pipeline, bookings, and upsell/cross-sell targets
