What We’re Looking For:
Robin’s Marketing team creates awareness campaigns, develops new lead generation programs, and evaluates data-driven results to accelerate the brand and drive opportunities for the sales team. We are hiring a Product marketing manager with a focus on GTM enablement and supporting the sales org with business cases, messaging, and sales collateral. You will report to the Director of Product marketing, and join a team that will grow to five.
You’ll Succeed In This Role If You Have:
- Built product messaging that sets new products and features apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point.
- Communicated the vision and value of new products and features to the sales team and developed sales tools that facilitate the selling process.
- Obtained insights into customers’ usage of current products and features, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and sales data.
- Researched product pricing, positioning, and messaging.
- Investigated competitor solutions and conduct competitive analysis to identify overall product positioning in the market.
- Created content such as case studies, videos, marketing collateral, website copy, and blog posts that influence buyers and positions Robin as a leader in the hybrid workplace.
You possess most of these attributes:
- 2+ years relevant work experience in B2B Product Marketing, ideally in a SaaS start-up environment.
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- Eager to learn, adapt and add value quickly.
- Passion for great, easy-to-use products, and a desire to delight prospects and customers.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
