?Your mission
Take Pennylane’s go-to-market strategy and cross-functional operations to the next level in order to achieve ambitious growth targets.
As the Product Marketing & Strategy Lead, you will work directly with our executive leadership team to unlock new growth opportunities, build a powerful go-to-market engine, and align cross-functional partners (internal & external) to successfully execute on strategic initiatives.

You will be a part of the Marketing team, and you will report directly to Simon, our Product Marketing Lead.
? As a Product Marketing Manager, you will :
- Launch and structure the Product Marketing function at Pennylane
- User insights: understand clearly who our users are and how they are using our product, developing sharp customer insights
- Product Roadmap Prioritization: suggest key strategic roadmap decisions to pursue continued growth & user satisfaction (problem solving & feature specs owned by Product teams)
- Product Presentation: handle product positioning, product messaging, final word on names, taglines, value propositions & marketing content
- Upsell Strategy: drive & execute the upsell strategy, by delivering marketing campaigns & aligning the sales teams
- Product Usage Engagement: drive feature adoption & usage
- Product ROI Engagement: increase the value & perception of value for all customers
- Product Onboarding: ensure top notch onboarding processes & campaigns
- New Features Communication: ensure perfect roll-out & messaging for new features
- Product vs Competition: strategically adapt our product presentation & roadmap prioritization thanks to competition insights & monitoring

?You're the right fit for this role if :
- You're a native French speaker, but you also have a good english level
- You have at least 4/5 years of experience as Product Marketing Manager or any similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- You love to spend time with users and prospects to understand what's really important for them
- You are used to collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders, both to collect and share information
- You have outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal), to make sur everyone is aligned with your vision and strategy
