Omada Health is looking for a product marketing manager knowledgeable about health plan buyers to join our team.  This individual will be a strategic thinker, a skilled storyteller and experienced cross-functional operator who can build and customize our product and sales stories for buyers who work at health plans, like Chief Medical Officers and Product Innovation leads.  In this role, we are looking for someone who can synthesize market research, understand customer journeys and build competitive stories as the partner for our Payer Access sales team. This individual will build and drive account winning go-to-market plans.

Job overview

This individual will be a close partner to the Payer sales team and payer account managers to increase covered lives through the payer channel.  They will have deep understanding of the sales pipeline and new opportunities and will deliver buyer-specific messaging and assets.  Finally this individual will create custom Payer-specific assets to support employer pull-through sales.

This role is can be based in San Francisco, Atlanta, or remote in the USA and reports to the VP of Brand and Product Marketing

About you:

  • 6+ years experience in related marketing discipline, with a focus on B2B healthcare audiences. Direct experience working with or selling to health insurance companies a plus
  • Experience with buyer research and insights, messaging/positioning, GTM plans, sales enablement, content marketing
  • Experience in high growth environments, working at scale
  • Successful track record of developing competitive, insight driven product stories
  • Ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally across all levels, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver content including sales presentations, product guides, web content, and white papers.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence, along with the ability to grasp and translate features into buyer benefits.

Your impact:

  • Be the voice of the customer for the Payer sales teams, using insights gathered from research, sales input, market data, marketing intelligence
  • Help shape value propositions, product stories, and competitive positioning, in deeply customized sales assets
  • Integrate the brand and product messaging into custom materials for each priority health plan customer
  • Clearly understand, articulate and customize our competitive position in each product vertical for sales and marketing
  • Create core messaging to enable development of a variety of content types, including web  landing pages, videos, presentations, ad copy, and in-person & virtual events, to drive business growth and marketing success.
  • Stay on top of buyer trends in this channel; translate them into POVs and share with product and sales team.
