As a Product Marketing Manager of Organic Growth, your mission will be to grow Galatea target audiences in existing and new channels on a global scale. You will be part of an ambitious and skilled team of performance and creative experts in Berlin. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, you'll work closely with the creative team on the paid user acquisition strategy as well as the ad creation process. In addition, you'll also be providing constant feedback and guidance for the future direction of the team.

What you'll do:

  • Grow Galatea target audiences in existing and new channels using thorough and consistent testing
  • Track and report on key metrics on a regular basis
  • Discover new and innovative ways to market Galatea outside of traditional UA channels (ie: Facebook, Google)
  • Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaign performances across non-UA channels
  • Be a trusted and professional advisor to all relevant stakeholders (i.e. Marketing, Product, and BI)

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience managing digital and physical marketing campaigns for a mobile B2C application
  • In-depth understanding and proven expertise with several of the following: Native advertising, social media marketing (Twitter, TikTok), viral marketing, influencer marketing, search engine optimization, blogs, offline campaigns, traditional PR, community building, platform relations
  • Strong experience in data analysis using Excel or similar tools
  • Keep up with industry trends and new marketing techniques, beyond existing channels
  • Good Understanding of both KPI & impact analysis
  • Great communication skills with the ability to receive and give constructive feedback
  • A real team player that can adapt easily
  • Experienced in a fast-paced environment and are not afraid to role up your sleeves to achieve your goals
  • Have experience in the gaming or entertainment industry
  • Knowledge of SQL would propel your profile as well
  • Experience with UA (Facebook, Google, etc) as well as experience with TV campaigns
