? The role
Numeral is building a new market category: bank payment automation. As our first Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy for how we translate the value of our product into the specific needs of our various target segments in order to position Numeral’s product as a reference and enable the sales team.
You will report to our Head of Marketing and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
Market Intelligence & Positioning: Become the “Voice of the Market”
- Become the subject matter expert when it comes to the pains and needs of our customer segments
- Build unique value propositions that resonate with our customer segments, drives acquisition, and encourages feature adoption and customer retention
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to influence the roadmap and define the positioning and pricing of our products and features
Product Launch & Go-to-Market: Own Go-to-Market for our Products & Features
- Define the most effective go-to-market strategy, focused on effective customer education and product adoption
- Define product-level marketing plans and execute them by producing high-quality content
- Measure Go-to-Market performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Sales enablement: Be the Product Reference for our Sales teams
- Organize Sales and Customer Success Managers trainings to empower them on how to articulate the value proposition to customers and prospects
- Provide Sales and Customer Success Managers with relevant materials to help them convey the right messages and close deals
?? Your profile & skills
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in Fintech either in Product Marketing or Marketing with a strong Product dimension
- Experience in marketing a new product category or marketing new products
- Strong interest in the fintech ecosystem
- Excellent strategic thinking and business sense
- Outstanding interpersonal, team work and communication skills
- Highly organized and disciplined yet creative
- Impeccable attention to details - every word and every pixel matter
- Perfectly fluent in English - French is not required
