Your opportunity:

At Mollie, Product Marketing is critical in facilitating product and customer knowledge. You’ll work at the intersection of our customers, product, and commerce, understanding market trends and competitor insights. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing timely go-to-market strategies that ensure correct product positioning and commercialisation of our products.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for the go-to-market strategy for new products and managing the end to end product marketing initiatives
  • Develop data driven targeting, segmentation, positioning, and messaging to help establish product-market fit and commercialisation of our products
  • Keep on top of customer segments, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape in great detail
  • Partner with the marketing teams to create assets to deliver integrated product marketing campaigns across different channels
  • Create content and sales enablement assets to be used by our marketing, sales and partner teams
  • Advocate the voice of our customers using a range of market, competitive and local insights to validate our products, value propositions, and to uncover growth opportunities
  • Facilitate and share product news, updates, and enhancements with customer-facing teams
  • Lead project status meetings, update relevant teams and proactively close feedback loops
  • Communicate customer feedback to help guide product enhancements and future product direction
  • Use data to influence your decisions to create compelling GTM strategies that increases market share and product adoption

What you'll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B product marketing (previous experience in payments, financial services or SaaS is advantageous)
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-growing company within a fast-moving market. Not afraid to challenge yourself and dealing well with change
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to balance mid-term vision with short-term goals
  • A natural knack for investigating and problem solving (experience with customer centricity, needs, pains and gains analysis is a plus)
  • Proven experience in managing and executing multiple projects while  keeping key stakeholders informed 
  • Excellent communication skills, and can engage internal leaders/teams across functions and external stakeholders
