We’re now looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be the voice of our customers, leveraging insights, challenges, and motivations to craft go-to-market strategies and value propositions for our customer segments. By partnering closely with the VP of Marketing, as well as Product, Sales, and Customer Success, you’ll develop our customer personas, shape our product value propositions, and create a go-to-market-process that will help Medallion achieve our KPIs. Everything you do will anchor in customer needs, market trends, competitive insights, and customer demand. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop our customer personas by identifying customer user journeys, understanding their needs, and defining their purchasing decision process.
  • Define and shape our product value propositions and external messaging in a succinct way that communicates the why, what, and when.
  • Create and oversee a flexible and iterative go-to-market process that crafts clear and compelling narratives, develops positioning and messaging, and brings the narrative to life across marketing channels.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create content about our products and platform to better educate potential and existing customers on our offerings.
  • Become the trusted advisor for customer-centric messaging, including case studies, testimonial videos, webinars, and more.
  • Own competitive analysis, including staying up-to-date on the competitive landscape to identify and amplify product differentiators.
  • Identify opportunities to better meet our customers needs and help influence business strategy and product roadmap. 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years experience in Product Marketing at an Enterprise SaaS company. 
  • Health-tech experience is preferred; interest in healthcare and a customer-first mindset is a must. 
  • History of successful partnership with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. 
  • History of creating clear and compelling narratives, developing positioning and messaging, and bringing the narrative to life across marketing channels.
  • Experience crafting and implementing customer segmentation based on demographics, attitudes, behaviors and lifetime value is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to market a new innovative product in a simple, attractive way to customers.
  • Experience launching and monetizing new products as well as measuring and optimizing the customer experience is a plus.
  • Ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise to make data-informed decisions.
