We communicate easily through Slack. At Lumos, we believe in a world where you have instant access to all the dozens of tools at your disposal. That’s why we are building the first AppStore for Companies. You go to the Lumos AppStore, request an app, say GitHub, pick the right repositories you need, your manager approves the request through Slack and Lumos creates your GitHub account — instantly. No long IT ticket queues anymore. ⚡️

On our path to build the portal to all your superpowers on the web, we have reached an inflection point: Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) backed us, our team has grown to ~20 people, we’re exponentially growing our customer base, and we are very soon launching out of stealth. ?

As our Product Marketing Manager, you will develop strategies that ensure our solution stands out in the market. This is an opportunity to launch a groundbreaking product by applying your smarts and expertise to the go-to-market strategy.

✨ Your Role

• Messaging Jedi Master: Create compelling messaging and creative content that moves our target audience and makes Lumos stand out in website copy, sales collateral, thought leadership content, blogs, email, and ads.
• Demand Gen’s Partner in Crime: Work closely with Demand Gen to build campaign strategies and tactics to influence and fill the pipeline.
• Sales Team’s Secret Weapon: Help support the sales organization with content, tools and resources that communicate Lumos’ differentiators and value.
• Product Launch Co-Pilot: Partner with product and engineering on product launch strategies that showcase new features and keep our customers excited and engaged with the product.
• The Voice (of the customer): Serve as the feedback loop that synthesizes information for product management, marketing, and sales. Develop Lumos’ customer advocacy programs including referrals, case studies, speaking engagements, and references.
• Community and Customer Marketing: Help us build a peer group where IT pro’s can engage, network, and learn. Assist Sales with ‘land and expand’ strategies that drive customer up-sell and expansion revenue.
