Your role :
Product Marketing Manager (PMM) acts as the bridge between Product, Sales, CS teams, you are responsible to build communication plans for new features, roll-out GTM strategy and create a feedback loop with the field (clients, sales, CS) to keep iterating on the feature(s) launched.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading internal and external launch of all PayFit global and local new features.
Your missions and responsibilities :
You will join Product Marketing team whose mission is to ensure optimal functioning of the full market from product to market journey.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to get a good understanding of customers' needs and market dynamics in the countries we operate and contribute to ad-hoc reports.
• Go-to-Market: Work hand in hand with Product, Brand & Content, Growth, Ops teams to launch products (design exhaustive go-to-market plans, determine positioning & messaging, create feedback loops, etc)
• Sales and Customer teams enablement: Produce effective field enablement materials, including case studies, sales training, cheat sheets and FAQs, making it easy for the field teams to understand product offerings, buyers, and key positioning
• Performance reporting : Monitor performance of launches from business and product perspectives.
Your qualifications :
• You have 4+ years of experience in product marketing area
• You are a true team player with cross-functional leadership experience
• You are fluent in french and english and want to work in an international and dynamic environment
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are capable of rallying people around the same goal
• You have a can-do attitude and positive, collaborative demeanor
