As Clari marches towards IPO, we are building a world-class team to help the company expand into new industries. Clari’s industry expansion initiative is one of the company’s key cross-functional growth strategies focused on targeting new customers outside of our primary industry of Technology. 

As part of this high-growth initiative, Clari is looking for a world-class, “jack-of-all-trades” Product Marketing Manager to help take on the GTM strategy and execution. This individual will help Clari break into new industries with relevant content, programs, and go-to-market strategies.
The Product Marketing Manager, Industries, will provide end-to-end GTM marketing support for Clari’s expansion into new industries (starting with Healthcare & Life Sciences and Professional Services). This role is perfect for someone who wants a broader scope and opportunity to build out an impactful growth initiative. This role will be incredibly cross-functional and engage with all parts of the business, including Sales, Growth Marketing, Business Operations, Product Management, etc. The ideal candidate will have a bias for action and passion for conveying value. Musts: strong attention to detail, ability to simplify complexity, strategic and analytic approach, great communicator to varied audiences, passion for writing and story-telling, and comfort with executing in a fast-paced environment is a must.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the buyer’s needs for our priority industries outside of the Technology market (starting with Healthcare & Life Sciences, Professional Services, and Financial Services), including top use cases and personas
  • Craft innovative go-to-market programs that will help the company expand outside of its core Technology industry 
  • Create positioning, messaging, and customer and sales-facing assets across a variety of mediums (slide decks, written, videos, etc.) and channels (sales, web, events, etc.)
  • Be the go-to person for our field, for all things related to new industries market, assets,  and GTM
  • Work closely with our Growth Marketing team on campaigns and events
  • Partner with our Revenue Excellence team to enable our field teams at scale

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years of product marketing or 2+ years of management consulting (or similar) 
  • Experience working in high-growth Tech/SaaS companies preferred 
  • Quick learner that thrives in ambiguity; enjoys developing new, innovative solutions and embracing the challenge of going “0 to 1”
  • An excellent storyteller with stellar writing and presentation (e.g., slide deck) creation skills
  • Strategic and operational: can develop a good “answer” by themselves, create a PoV, and quickly execute and gain cross-functional buy-in to bring PoVs and content to life
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present to an executive audience by themselves
  • Understanding of how to use analytics to measure success of marketing programs (e.g., set and track KPIs for deliverables)
  • Self-starter and individual thinker; can manage themselves and hold themselves accountable, to a high standard
