Who We Are

Imprint is building a payments and loyalty platform from the ground up to serve modern brands and their customers. Imprint is backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Stripe, Affirm, Box Group, and leading angel investors, including the CEOs of Skims, AllBirds, WarbyParker, Plaid, and NuBank. We are focused on building a brilliant team who want to change payments and who embody Imprint’s Values.

The Role

We are looking for a product marketing manager to supercharge our brand partner acquisition efforts. Imprint’s products leverage unique payment and loyalty tools to enable brands to reward customers and grow their spend, at low, or no additional cost to them. Given the variety of brands we are targeting, and their varying business goals, a successful product marketing manager will develop better understanding of customer segmentation, create unique solution bundles for each segment and work with product and design teams to pursue new opportunities in these segments.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead marketing roadmap decisions and prioritization for the programs, tech, services, and features you own
  • Develop marketing metrics, goals, and KPIs to measure and track business results
  • Own reporting of key content and marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization
  • Own campaigns from end-to-end: managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization
  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on the state of initiatives and goals assigned
  • Manage and report out on projects, status, and work with teams to remove any project blockers

We Are Looking For Folks With

  • 6-8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or marketing management
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, design, legal, risk, and compliance teams
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and deliver results
  • Customer empathy: Experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs
  • Ability to address ambiguities with leadership team and provide maximum clarity for the team you work with
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and equity packages
  • Leading configured work computers of your choice
  • Unlimited vacation policy
  • Fully covered, high-quality healthcare including fully covered dependent coverage
  • Additional health coverage includes access to One Medical and option to enroll in an FSA
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary caregiver and 8 weeks for all new parents
  • An understanding that successful remote work requires flexibility and an appreciation for asynchronous work
  • Access to industry leading technology across all of our business units — stemming from our philosophy that we should invest in resources for our team that foster innovation, optimization, and productivity
