As a Product Marketing Manager, you will focus on driving successful marketing strategy and programs for upcoming product launches for our Home vertical focused on both home buyers and home owners. You'll support development of Go To Market plans, guide testing strategy holistically across specific verticals through strong partnership with Growth Marketing, develop program strategy for macro testing, create optimal user flows between marketing and product, and ensure member pain points are addressed in marketing. You will be a key member of the Home team and report into the Head of Marketing for Home.

We need a dynamic, consumer-centric and results-oriented manager, who will combine strategy and execution to better understand our members and help deliver experiences that meet their needs. We're looking for someone, who gets excited to explore, understand and solve real consumer financial problems - that's what we're in the business of here at Credit Karma.

What You'll Do

  • Help our Marketing and Product teams develop big bet initiatives that will drive growth for Home over the next 3-5 years.
  • Support development of product marketing strategy and Go to Market plans for Home by partnering closely with Growth Marketing and Product. (Go To Market plans currently include business goals, marketing goals, competitive overviews, target audience segment definition, audience insights, product overview, member journey, Reasons to Believe, messaging strategy, campaign brief, macro channel mix, channel rollout timeline and post-mortem learnings).
  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Product, Research, Brand and Creative teams to ensure the successful launch and marketing support of new products and ongoing marketing of them.

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing at a consumer technology company or commensurate experience, such as Growth Marketing.
  • Experience in applying consumer insights to inform and optimize the product and marketing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with all types of people - from Data Analytics to Creative teams.
