We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a “full-stack” PMM, who will be responsible for the discovery and the go-to-market strategy for new and existing products.
Missions:
We are addressing small and medium businesses that trade and carry out international payments, in 10 european countries.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct audience survey, client’s interview for new and existing features, to provide insights to the product team and transform technical features into understandable customer values and benefits.
- Keep an eye on the competitive landscape to understand how to position our product and reason to choose iBanFirst.
- Conduct Data analysis with different tools (Excel, Metabase, Tableau).
- Formulate value propositions and message pillars, based on our client’s usecases; determine the proof points, as well as highlight the key product features and create USPs.
- Be the products expert within our marketing team, in partnership with our product management team.
- Project management: coordination with product & customer success teams and country sales manager.
- Support the sales teams by creating sales and marketing materials that cover the entire sales lifecycle. Create sales pitches and tools tailored to each channel and, if needed to each territory.
- Work in constant interaction with sales enablement team
- Join a team used to drive Objectives and Key Results on a quarterly basis.
Skills
- You find your energy by working with other functions and cross-functionally to achieve collective success: excellent people skills to interact with product, digital marketing, sales enablement and sales teams. (Team First)
- Solid skills in British English and professional French
- Functional skills: go-to-market plan, project management skills, data analysis, taste for pedagogy, demo and clients’ interviews.
- "Can-do" person, self-motivated, tenacious and with an ability to learn fast.
- Comfortable with unexpected changes and Tenacious are 2 useful qualities in this job.
- Connecting with CFO needs: we address Small & Medium companies, as well as channel partners.
- 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B environment.
