As a Product Marketing Manager - GTM Strategy, your mission will be to improve our GTM processes and create the launch operative system of Qonto, overseeing the planning, tracking, and impact assessment of the company’s launch portfolio. This will be a key initiative in our mission to boost product demand and adoption to drive revenue growth.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Product Marketing Manager - GTM Strategy at Qonto, you will

• Put in place the launch operative system of new features, formalizing processes and clarifying roles and responsibilities
• Be the representative of Product in the Growth Team: becoming an internal referent on incoming and ongoing feature releases
• Influence the prioritization of features, ensuring alignment with our revenue and acquisition objectives
• Enrich the PMM Roadmap, integrating communications to boost the engagement of specific personae
Measure the business impact of different releases, identifying learnings for continuous improvement
Promote a launch culture at Qonto, generating company-wide excitement on selected feature releases

🤝 About your future manager

You will directly report to Taishi, our Launch & Product Insights Lead. Taishi started his career as a strategy consultant at Monitor Deloitte. He later graduated with an MBA from INSEAD and worked for Amazon before joining Qonto, where he has held several positions across the Strategy, Growth and Product Marketing departments.

Roadmap Launch Expertise: You know how to translate business strategy into a product and communication launch strategy
Go-to-market Strategy: You know what elements make up a strong go-to-market strategy and have successfully released several products to the market
Problem Solving: You break down situations or problems into smaller pieces and can prioritize these according to trade-offs
Stakeholder management: You listen actively and build solutions collaboratively based on the needs of your stakeholders, demonstrating assertiveness
Messaging Skills: You’re able to communicate complex insights with clarity and influence decision-making
Adaptability & Resilience: You are comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity and can adjust priorities according to circumstances. You have been exposed to fast-paced working environments
Ownership: You are a self-starter and are comfortable creating value from scratch. You own your mission and are proactive in finding ways to achieve it.
Languages: You are fluent in English. French, Italian, German & Spanish are a definite plus.
