ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Creative Marketing Manager you will be responsible for adopting and localising the product positioning, global marketing & brand campaigns, contributing to the local social media strategy, researching and advocating for customers, and owning the strategy for new customer-facing products and features launched on your specific market.
You will work with the Head of Growth of your market to deliver highly impactful campaigns to drive awareness, adoption and engagement for Revolut’s products. You will partner with a high-performing cross-functional team across Product, Marketing, Design, Brand and Growth departments to achieve shared goals and KPIs.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
•Working closely with the Head of Growth of your country to adopt global go-to-market launch strategies, including messaging and product positioning
•Working with local language owner to adapt global marketing campaigns and make it relevant for the local audiences, such as lifecycle comms, social media, product marketing, brand campaigns and other global initiatives driven centrally
•Running seasonal and product marketing campaigns relevant for your specific market only
•Identifying user needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our product works locally, to create data-driven, actionable insights for product & marketing teams

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
•Experience in either B2B or B2C growth or marketing in fast paced environment (preferably in a hyper growth global tech company)
•Experience in working closely with copywriting and design teams to develop creative and engaging content. Hands-on experience in copywriting would be a big plus
•A strong track record in consumer marketing and understanding of channels - in-product, digital, PR and offline activations
•Passionate about Revolut’s products and knowledge of markets and competitive landscape in the fin-tech or payments industry
•Excellent communication & interpersonal skills: you are a charismatic, people-person that has the ability to talk to anyone and work in an ever-changing startup environment
