Greenhouse is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team!

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Greenhouse’s products and services. This role focuses on executing go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring our product story is effectively communicated both internally and externally. Your efforts will help Greenhouse achieve its revenue and market leadership goals.

What you’ll do

  • Develop product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products by understanding competitive drivers, market trends, and the needs of Greenhouse's customers
  • Organize new features into packaged releases that include documentation and training
  • Execute product launches across our Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing teams
  • Drive higher conversion rates through sales enablement programs - developing training materials and product collateral to support the Sales team's pipeline
  • Partner with our Product team to establish a continuous feedback loop and provide the “voice of the customer” during feature development.


You should have

  • Dedicated experience in SaaS and B2B product marketing, with a strong emphasis on spearheading go-to-market strategies for new product launches and business lines
  • Ability to drive cross-functional projects and partner with a variety of stakeholders across seniority and departments 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience within HR / Recruiting industry, a plus

The national pay range for this role is $119,000 - $178,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
