As a Product Marketing Manager for Enablement, your primary objective is to bridge the gap between product marketing and sales by delivering impactful tools and resources that empower our sales teams to communicate value effectively. This role is pivotal in driving product adoption, enhancing sales productivity, and ensuring alignment between product positioning and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive suite of enablement materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, product comparison sheets, talk tracks, outreach emails, and objection-handling guides, to equip the sales organization for success.

  • Working closely with designers, copywriting, marketing and sales teams to brief them with the user insights, value props and messaging in order to successfully execute go-to-market campaigns

  • Identifying user needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our product works globally, to create data-driven, actionable insights for product teams

  • Developing research plans to uncover customer insights, steer & validate the product roadmap, and stay on top of the competitive landscape

  • Running experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigor to campaigns for informing the go-to-market strategy. Delivering campaigns with a strong bias for growth & business impact

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of product marketing experience in fast paced environment (preferably in a hyper growth global tech company)

  • A strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to tailor materials to different stages of the buyer journey and different personas

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical mindset to measure impact and continuously refine enablement strategies.

  • An eye for design and attention to detail, ensuring enablement materials are visually appealing, easy to use, and aligned with brand guidelines.
