  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, clinical, customer success, sales, and marketing, to create comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches and updates. Ensure seamless execution of these plans and track metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality marketing content, such as product collateral, sales presentations, and marketing materials, to support product promotion and sales efforts.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the necessary tools and training to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. Develop sales enablement materials, including training sessions and product guides.
  • Demand Generation: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions for our products.
  • Customer Insights: Gather feedback from customers, analyze customer behavior, and identify opportunities for product improvements to influence product roadmap. Utilize customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Product Launches and Promotions: Plan and execute impactful product launches and promotional activities to ensure maximum visibility and market penetration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience of at least 5+ years in product marketing for healthcare or technology products or services, with a successful track record of developing insights-driven strategy and driving product adoption and utilization.
