We are building the tools for a brighter future of work around three central themes — work flexibility, employee growth, and unleashing creativity. To advance work flexibility, we have built our Hybrid Office suite, which enables companies to establish a hybrid workplace. To enable greater employee growth, we have launched our People Success suite, a set of tools for people empowerment and development. To unleash creativity, look out for future product announcements that automate the repetitive HR and IT tasks and help our customers focus on more strategic and rewarding work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Producing excellent marketing and educational material for customers — such as launch announcements, live trainings, videos and a wide range of other content
- Plan and execute communication regarding new launches; coordinating with internal teams on go-to-market activities
- Working proactively to deepen your understanding of our market, customers, and product
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer success teams to segment product launches, campaigns and events
- Enable the marketing, sales and customer success teams with world-class internal and external content (demos, decks, comparisons) that demonstrates the power of our products
- Develop positioning and messaging for new products and features that set us apart from competitors and focus on customer value
- Take insights from customer and market research and apply them to improve our roadmap as well as marketing and sales processes
- Execute go-to-market plans with product, marketing, sales and customer success to drive awareness, adoption, upsell, and retention
- Build repeatable processes for growth tests, product launches, and customer communications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 2+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company (HR tech experience is a plus but not a must have)
- Growth mindset and eager to learn and grow every day. As Eden is growing rapidly, you’re aware that you will be growing and trying new things every day
- Experience operating in a high-growth business environment like Eden
- Ability to problem-solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build our team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Startup hustle and energy
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through
- Storytelling through eyes of the customer and data – able to quickly deliver executive-level presentations which enable us to up-level and act on data and insights real-time
This role is part of the Product team and reports to Camille Merritt, VP of Product and Success.
