As Product Marketing Manager for Doctolib Team, you will be responsible for the success of our free products offer for prospects in Germany. Your objective will be to drive product launch, adoption, usage, satisfaction and future evolutions of our product.

Directly reporting to the Global Team Product Lead, you will work closely with Product, Onboarding, Customer Support and other Marketing teams. In this you will have a direct impact on improving the experience of healthcare professionals on a daily basis.

Your missions

As Product Marketing Manager for Doctolib Team you will be in charge of:

  • Product positioning (product bricks, structure, value proposition)

  • Monitoring usage and satisfaction performance of your product

  • Product Feedback: Analyzing customer feedbacks, market trends and competitive dynamics

  • Ensuring a smooth customer journey from onboarding to daily usage

  • Impactful engagement campaigns on product updates and usage

  • Leveraging all marketing channels to promote our products on the market

  • Product new features / add-ons strategic assessment: Market analysis and product recommendation for new features / add-ons for the product

  • Product roadmap prioritization

  • Leading the 360 degree monthly review meetings with Doctolib’s top management

  • New market strategic assessment: Evaluate international opportunities for opening new countries with our freemium ecosystem

You will be in charge of defining and delivering results on 3 KPIs at the heart of Doctolib’s economic model: 

  • Your product’s satisfaction (NPS)

  • Your product’s usage (MAU)

  • New freemium users generated

Your profile

  •  You have 4-6 years of experience either in a B2B Marketing, Product or Strategy role

  • You have a strong willingness to work in the healthcare industry

  • You like the stretch between shaping a strategy and getting into the detail of implementation and operations

  • You are customer-centric and understand the value of field research (e.g. user workshops, shadowing)

  • You are structured, data-driven and have excellent analytical and research (primary and secondary) skills

  • You understand performance factors of B2B communication and are willing to plan and write customer campaigns

  • You have experience in managing multiple stakeholders and have successfully delivered on multidisciplinary projects

  • You are able to manage and prioritize multiple strategic projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • You recognize yourself in our SCALES values (Service, Care, Act, Learn, Enjoy, Structure)

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector

  • You are native speaker in German and fluent in English.French and Italian are a plus.

About the flexible office policy at Doctolib

As of October 2021, we provide 3 working modes, depending on your team set up.

  • Hybrid: you work 2 to 3 days per week from the office

  • Office-based: you always work from the office

  • Remote: you work remotely and meet your team once a month
