Doctolib is hiring a Product Marketing Manager
As Product Marketing Manager for Doctolib Hospital, you will be responsible for the success of our products for hospitals (both prospects and customers) in Germany. Your objective will be to drive adoption, usage and satisfaction of our products.
Directly reporting to the Global Hospital Product Lead, you will work closely with Product, Sales, Onboarding, Customer Support and other Marketing teams. In this you will have a direct impact on improving the experience of healthcare professionals, hospital staff and patients on a daily basis.
As Product Marketing Manager for Doctolib Hospital in Germany you will be in charge of:
Defining the product positioning (product bricks, structure, value proposition and pricing)
Designing communication guidelines towards our users
Monitoring the sales and satisfaction performance of your product
Defining improvement levers and monitoring their implementation/ impact
Leading the 360 degree monthly review meetings with Doctolib’s top management
Crafting impactful engagement campaigns on product updates and usage
You will also drive the success of your product by collaborating with other teams on:
Analyzing customer feedbacks, market trends and competitive dynamics
Driving the product roadmap priorities
Leveraging all marketing channels to promote our products on the market
Ensuring a smooth customer journey from onboarding to daily usage
You have 4-6 years of experience
Either in a B2B Marketing, Product or Strategy role
Or in a Hospital facing position
You have proven German healthcare knowledge or a strong willingness to work in the industry
You like the stretch between shaping a strategy and getting into the detail of implementation and operations
You are customer-centric and understand the value of field research (e.g. user workshops, shadowing)
You are structured, data-driven and have excellent analytical and research (primary and secondary) skills
You understand performance factors of B2B communication and are willing to plan and write customer campaigns
You have experience in managing multiple stakeholders and have successfully delivered on multidisciplinary projects
You are able to manage and prioritize multiple strategic projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment

You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector
You are native speaker in German and fluent in English. French and Italian are a plus.
