Your Impact:

As a Product Marketing Manager at Deliverect, you will play a critical role at the intersection of product development and marketing strategy. You will be the voice of our customers and partners, ensuring that the products we build are relevant and impactful. Your strategic insights and innovative marketing campaigns will drive product adoption and customer satisfaction, contributing significantly to Deliverect's ambitious growth mission. 

This is a full-time, fixed-term, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our London office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.

What You Will Do:

  • Generate actionable insights about customers and prospects to inform and guide product development (Approx. 20%): You will utilise online resources, AI tools and benchmarking to perform direct comparisons between our products and competitors.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging frameworks (Approx. 50%): You will craft clear, consistent, and impactful messages that resonate with our target audiences, effectively communicating Deliverect's value. 
  • Plan and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for product launches (Approx. 15%): From the inception of new products, you will take insights from the product team and act as the crucial link, ensuring information is digestible for the market. You will work closely with the content, creative, and PR teams to ensure all collateral is ready for successful launches.
  • Lead marketing campaigns in conjunction with the wider team (Approx. 15%): You will contribute to both organic and paid marketing efforts, fostering a cohesive team approach to achieve shared objectives.
  • Develop engaging content such as blog posts, case studies, and white papers: Working alongside content marketing managers, you will guide the creation of marketing materials that explain Deliverect's value.
  • Build sales enablement tools to support the sales team in accelerating deal success and closing opportunities: This includes creating materials like one-pagers and conducting interviews to equip the sales team with the knowledge and resources they need to sell effectively and highlight product positioning in the market.
  • Track and analyze product marketing metrics such as user engagement and product adoption rates: You will assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies by monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Act as a crucial feedback loop between the market and product development: You will gather insights from sales, customer success, and market research to inform future product improvements and new features, ensuring continuous product enhancement.

What You Will Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or in a similar role in the business-to-business SaaS industry.Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies.
  • Ability to develop compelling product positioning and messaging.Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.Experience with content creation, including blog posts, case studies, and white papers.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Development, etc.). 
  • Strong communication skills to gather feedback and persuasively present insights to align on strategy.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns and assets.
  • Comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Nice To Have:

  • An understanding of the food service industry is a plus. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
