  • Run pricing and paywall tests: Create a roadmap of tests for improving the performance of both pricing and paywalls in all segments, platforms, and regions. Work closely with the product, CVM and insights team to use best practice techniques to ensure we convert, activate, retain and reactivate users at the key moment of purchase in order to grow user lifetimes and lifetime values.
  • Be a subject matter expert. Identify user needs by deeply understanding our target customers and how our product delivers customer value. Be an expert in our competitive and market landscape, and ensure that our product and marketing evolve to harness new opportunities
  • Support new product launches. Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams to manage onboarding and conversion for all new product launch projects.
  • Drive growth. Own the onboarding, optimisation, and conversion roadmap. Develop a clear understanding of the growth dynamics of the product.
