Job Description

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support the growing Content Acquisition Services (CAS) business at Bazaarvoice.  The Product Marketing team at Bazaarvoice has the global responsibility of developing, launching, and growing new offers in the market. This role will report into the Director of Product Marketing, Content Acquisition Services and work very closely alongside the GM and other leaders of the Content Acquisition Services business to help support the product strategy and GTM planning.

As part of the CAS team, you will be responsible for helping define new opportunities, messaging & positioning, and executing go-to-market strategies for all CAS offers across sampling, cashback, influencer marketing, and other programs with a focus on our Influenster platform – a digital destination where consumers discover products and read and write reviews.

This role will require high levels of collaboration with other Product Marketer and also in Product Management, UX, Sales, Client Services, Pricing & Packaging, Operations, and Data teams to ensure business success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support revenue goals by developing, refining and executing go-to-market strategies for products, offers, product features, and partnership offers within Content Acquisition Services
  • Working on product positioning, messaging, packaging, and related marketing content and sales tools
  • Build and maintain market expertise on sampling, digital activation, and content creation trends
  • Partner with Marketing to raise marketplace/client awareness of Bazaarvoice’s CAS value propositions, specifically the Influenster community and offerings
  • Partner closely with teammates in the rest of Product and Solutions Marketing to ensure we are supporting holistic solutions messaging and selling through marketing and sales interactions
  • Work with management to identify new opportunities and ways to position CAS with other offerings from Bazaarvoice with clients across Brands and Retailers
  • Maintain insights and intelligence on competitive positioning to drive roadmap improvements and enable effective objection handling and selling
  • Closely partner with Sales Enablement to equip global Sales/Client Success organizations how to sell Bazaarvoice’s CAS offerings
  • Directly support Sales and Client Success on a 1:1 basis on key industry/client events and accounts (prospects and clients)
  • Work directly with Sales & Client Success to understand client and prospect behavior in order to develop and test new assets, research, promotional pricing
  • Be the products’ subject matter expert so that other marketing teams can ideate and create solutions messaging, blogs, landing pages, webinars, events, and other demand generation vehicles that effectively promote the products 

Who you are:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Product Marketing in a B2B environment required
  • Demonstrated success in analyzing market opportunities, defining market requirements, and managing go-to-market for software and service products in a B2B environment
  • Experience taking an enterprise or consumer products to market
  • Experience having worked in the tech industry
  • Data-driven, creative, and exceptional communications skills – we want a person who has them all
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a strategic thinker
