Atlassian is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Customer Success and Innovation (CSI) go to market team! You will help drive awareness and utilization of Atlassian's paid success services for our enterprise customers.
The role involves capturing and telling our customers' stories, as well as arming our growing enterprise field sales teams with the tools they need to win more deals and win them faster. You'll work closely with services management, sales, channel, enablement, demand generation, and other cross-functional teams to plan, execute, measure, and optimize programs. The ideal candidate gets a thrill from forming relationships and participating in calls with sales, channel partners, and customers to understand their needs and help them speak to our product and vision.
You will be an essential member of a cross-functional marketing and services design team responsible for demand generation and client engagement related to the launch of new service offerings from CSI. You will be responsible for leading cross functional programs in the go to market space including customer insights, services marketing, content development and web content publishing. As a strong contributor to our services success you will bring a holistic approach to demand generation and awareness that will target the right customers with the right message at the right time.

General Responsibilities to include:

  • Manage customer facing assets and communications regarding Atlassian success services
  • Develop coordinated marketing plans and content strategies for sophisticated, multidimensional campaigns and programs
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, enablement, and product marketing teams to evangelize the CSI service offerings
  • Align dependencies across all of the stakeholders and cross-functional execution partners to ensure effective and efficient time to market for new offerings
  • Create multi-channel communication plans for programs to help drive awareness and understanding both internally and externally
  • Measure success of demand generation efforts in awareness metrics, pipeline creation, and conversion data.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • 7+ years in a product or technical professional services marketing role with a focus on fortune 500 audience
  • Experience with technical professional services or customer success environments
  • Proven track record of building demand through both direct campaigns and sales enablement
  • Excellent writing skills based on strong customer centric narratives
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver work cross-functionally with sales, finance, customer research and marketing partners
  • Enthusiasm and experience working with specialists across engineering, design, content, operations, sales operations and enablement, email ops and product marketers

It's great, but not required if you have:

  • Experience working with Channel and Ecosystem/Marketplace marketing team
  • Hands on experience with SFDC and prior exposure to gainsight
  • Experience working as a member of distributed teams in product, creative, or marketing teams
