We’re looking for an experienced, creative, results-oriented product marketer to lead our regional initiatives across LATAM, with an initial focus on Mexico. As the first Stripe product marketer in Latin America, this role will help shape the products we build through local customer and competitive insights, drive successful launches that showcase our differentiation, and create compelling positioning, resources and experiences to generate ongoing growth and adoption of our products

You will:
- Define the market opportunity for our products; assessing availability and feasibility, to identify the segments with the highest propensity to buy
- Research, develop, and deploy regional value propositions and narrative messaging targeted at local users to be activated into content, campaigns, and sales engagements.
- Develop regional sales enablement plans, adapting or creating region-specific sales content and tools, and driving the adoption of products in the region
- Oversee regional launch planning and own regional launch outcomes for new product offerings, interlocking upstream with global teams and downstream with regional/local teams. Influence the global approach to launch using your geographic perspective to ensure the global go-to-market strategy and launch process work in the region
- Influence product development through well-defined market requirements. Provide regional input and influence product roadmap and innovation strategies to capture regional opportunities.
- Own the relationship with regional third-party analysts or primary research vendors
- Write and socialize regional OKRs for product marketing in region
- Serve as the region-facing expert who transfers knowledge about markets and buyers across marketing and sales enablement functions
- Leverage global competitive comparison guides to develop regional guides for use in positioning against similar offerings from other organisations
- Assist field marketing in developing regional customer references, testimonials, and case studies for external and internal use
- Monitor and report on the performance of offerings in the region, and communicate the results of related sales and product marketing efforts
- Work in close partnership with several cross-functional teams including global product marketing teams, marketing, sales, product, communications, user operations, and more.
- Be a local steward of the Stripe brand in Mexico.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 8+ years of relevant product marketing experience, including developing and delivering product marketing programs in LATAM, preferably Mexico
- Ability to conduct regional, market, competitor, and customer research to gather insights and assess market opportunities
- Ability to create value propositions and messaging strategies
- Ability to create compelling business cases to influence product investments
- Ability to link regional product and solution launches to global campaign themes and goals
- Solid writing, communication, and presentation development and delivery skills
- Strong collaboration, influencer, and cross-functional working skills
