About the role:
The Product Marketing Department is responsible for ensuring the adoption, growth and satisfaction of our healthcare professional users on all Doctolib products (agenda, medical software, teleconsultation). You will be part of a team of 5 people dedicated to our new generation medical software, Doctolib Médecin (launched in March 2021, +2500 users).
As a Product Marketing Intern for Doctolib Médecin, you will be helping our team to gather user insights and build impactful marketing campaigns and assets, in order to boost customer acquisition and increase their satisfaction for our new product. Your work will therefore have a direct impact on 2 of Doctolib’s main KPIs : NPS (Net Promoter Score) and MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue). You will have the opportunity to work closely with many strategic teams at Doctolib.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and have developed a diverse set of both strategic and operational competences as you will have to be as eager to dive into data as into creative sessions.
Previous experience in a product marketing or customer engagement team in a fast-growing tech company or in a consulting firm is preferred. Passion for helping doctors improve their life and their patient’s is a must.
What you’ll do:
- Provide customers insights on customers needs, usage, objections & satisfaction
- Craft impactful campaigns (email, inapp), including segmentation, positioning, message, goal, design, tests and go live
- Sales enablement on TOP 9 PMS
- Co-build catchy marketing assets (e.g. ebooks, video testimonials, motion design videos)
- Suggest and implement product presentation adaptations on our website and monitor website pages performance
Who you are:
- You are autonomous, with a strong entrepreneurship mindset and are able to work in a quick evolving environment
- You have relevant experience in online marketing, product marketing or customer engagement, ideally in a fast-growing tech company / start-up or in consulting
- You have very good both analytical and writing / creative skills
- You have strong personal organization and project management abilities, you are structured and rigorous
- You like to solve problems and you consider yourself as a critical thinker
- You have a good global marketing knowledge (conversion funnel, channels, assets)
- You are ambitious, curious and you want to participate with us in this incredible adventure

- French and English are mandatory
