About The Role:
As Bowery’s Product Marketing and Innovation Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in driving profitable growth through leafy greens product expansion and portfolio optimization. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and Innovation, you’ll be expected to take a consumer, customer and insights driven approach to the portfolio and work with multiple stakeholder groups to build, manage, and steward Bowery’s leafy greens product and packaging innovation pipeline.  A strong candidate will be able to define and deliver workstreams from end-to-end, and will be equally comfortable working with numbers as with people. What You'll Do:

  • Use data and analytics (both syndicated and scrappy) to drive insights on the current portfolio and identify market opportunities that align with our brand
  • Develop product concepts that are vetted internally (finance, ops, engineering, agriculture science) and externally (consumers, customers) from ideation through feasibility
  • Provide end-to-end product management for products and packaging (timeline, track action items, support testing, etc) and track cross-functional alignment at each step
  • Be a critical stakeholder in driving go-to-market strategies with the rest of the Commercial team for our new products and analyzing the success of new products
  • Identify areas of improvement to ensure that our product portfolio support the company's overall strategy and goals
  • Support  consumer insights roadmap and strategy to identify product and packaging opportunities  and garner validation on concepts
  • Support sales and marketing on new item setup, inclusive of sell sheets, UPC creation, artwork development and proofing
  • Be an internal product advocate - collect internal feedback and find opportunities to showcase new products
  • Be a product guru - collect interesting consumer trends to share with Commercial team to drive product support

Who You Are:

  • Enthusiastic project manager who can juggle multiple projects simultaneously from concept to execution
  • Collaborative cross-functional partner with experience working across teams to bring projects and products to life
  • Excellent communicator and listener who can balance quantitative and qualitative information, synthesizing information for different teams in the organization
  • Intuitive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and can generate action plans for complex problems
  • Consumer-first advocate who dives deep to understand our core target and prioritizes their needs across touchpoints

  • We are excited to hear from you!
