Role highlights

As a Product Manager for Yotpo SMS & Email Analytics, you’ll play a key role in shaping how eCommerce brands measure and optimize their marketing performance.Your focus will be building powerful analytics and reporting capabilities, enabling brands to make data-driven decisions.
You'll work closely with a dedicated R&D team, designers, data experts, and customer-facing teams to develop intuitive, high impact analytics tools. If you’re passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights and love solving customer challenges, this role is for you!

How you will make an impact:
  • Own and define the SMS & Email Analytics roadmap, aligning with overall product strategy.
  • Identify customer pain points and opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities, making data more accessible and actionable.
  • Lead new product initiatives from ideation through launch, ensuring continuous discovery and iteration.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, data analysts, and customer teams to create intuitive reporting experiences.
  • Drive cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across teams.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and customer needs to evolve Yotpo’s analytics offering.
What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of product manager experience in a software company, preferably in eCommerce environment.
  • A strong analytical mindset with experience working on data-driven products or analytics platforms.
  • Experience working directly with customers, R&D teams, and UX designers.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical users.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • passion for eCommerce, data, and building world-class products!
