About the team
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our XeroGo team in Australia!
As part of the XeroGo team, you’ll be working in an incredibly exciting part of Xero, the first major product release in several years with a huge opportunity to drive meaningful growth to the Xero business in a market segment focused on Sole Traders.
XeroGo is an entirely new, mobile first, business tracking app made specifically for the self-employed and their advisors to spend less time on admin and have more freedom to do what they love, which sits within Xero’s overall strategy to be the most trusted and insightful small business platform.
About the role
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for executing on our product vision, strategy and roadmap. You will work alongside a talented engineering pod. Your skillful product leadership and management of the pod’s backlog enables the pod to deliver compelling products and services that solve real problems for our customers.

- Ability to use those metrics to make evidence-based decisions.
- Work with stakeholders to build influence through meaningful and collaborative relationships across all levels of the business.
- Ability to create clarity and remove complexity for product teams — with an organised work style that is structured, rigorous and consistent.
