Product Manager

As a Product Manager at World Labs, you'll collaborate closely with engineers and researchers to refine existing products and create new ones that push the boundaries of AI innovation. Your mission will be to identify opportunities for differentiation and scale while maintaining World Labs' commitment to safety and ethical AI development. This role requires a passion for crafting impactful, safe, and beneficial AI technologies, combined with a proven track record of understanding the needs of creators and builders and crafting products they love. You'll be at the forefront of bridging cutting-edge AI research with practical, user-centric applications, ensuring that World Labs continues to lead in responsible AI development and deployment.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

• 5+ years of experience in product management, especially on products with strong creator ecosystems

• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new zero-to-one products from concept to market

• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for strategic decision-making

• Experience conducting user research and synthesizing insights into product requirements

• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex topics to diverse stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially engineering and research

• Experience in managing product roadmaps and communicating value propositions to users

• Passion for safe and beneficial AI technologies

• Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with beta testing and incorporating user feedback into product development
