About the Opportunity:

WeWork's Enterprise Technology team is looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the integrations and data strategy for business operations platforms.  You will be deeply focused on understanding the integration and data needs of our internal teams and systems across key functions such as billing, payments, financials, and real estate. You will work closely with engineering teams in    defining common components as well as specific integrations, and ensuring the required technology to support those operations.

About You:

  • 3+ years experience with integrations, API design and data, either as an engineer or product manager

  • Ability to break down complex technical problems and projects into manageable goals and align API initiatives with the overall product strategy

  • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization and to partner effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

  • Experience navigating difficult projects, negotiating timelines, and influencing internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience partnering with engineers to build products (especially APIs) and complex systems at scale

  • Detail oriented, with a high bar for effective API design and data flow
