About the Role

WeWork is looking for a Product Manager who is compelled by the unique opportunity to reinvent how the core business functions of Marketing, Sales and Finance work in unisom to deliver exceptional business performance. The Referrals Technology team will join forces with the WeWork Finance and Marketing departments to enhance and optimize our Marketing outreach and Referrals’ incentive payment structures, using state-of-the-art Sales platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Revenue Cloud as well as homegrown solutions.

The Referrals Technology Product Manager will work closely with Business and Product peers in the Marketing, Sales, Legal and Finance domains to drive product-led Growth by creating an exciting end to end experience for our Referral partners as well as a unified ecosystem which delivers payments for processing. This ecosystem will deliver seamless experiences to both Referral Partners and WeWork employees.

WeWork Product Managers collaborate with dedicated teams of engineers, designers, and partners to build and ship scalable solutions. We seek energetic, passionate, ambitious people who have worked in agile environments and push the boundaries of what’s possible. We are looking for product managers who are equally adept at data thinking and design thinking, considering both analytics and research to synthesize a clear vision for the future.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the consolidation of WeWork’s operations and customer engagement from the Marketing and Finance perspective, while collaborating with peers and stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Legal and Finance.

  • Employ a Growth mindset to proactively identify growth opportunities across all customer channel(s) touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance and Marketing teams to run campaigns and align on incentive strategy

  • Collaborate with the Marketing teams to optimize marketing engagements and conversion funnels through reusable and automated tools, processes and technology.

  • Become a subject matter expert in data insights, home grown technologies, payment automation and end-to-end referrals processes.

  • Define and own a product vision and get buy-in on that vision from executives and your peers.

  • Develop and communicate measurements of progress and business impact, set goals and deliver on them (with metrics to prove it).

  • Initiate, spec, and manage products and features aimed at marketing automation and top of funnel sales.

  • Partner with stakeholders, Product and Engineering across the Marketing, Sales and Finance teams, to find the right technological solutions for building our products and prioritize the product backlog based on this.

  • Run our agile process by managing an organized backlog, leading standups, etc.

  • Be flexible -- we’re a fast moving business and changes in the organization and priorities are inevitable.

  • Be the voice of the customer in conversations with internal and external stakeholders

  • Be positive under pressure, and thrive while working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years product management experience, which include full ownership of a product roadmap and vision

  • Proven ability to innovate and deliver creative, yet simple solutions to routine problems

  • Past experience in applying product-led growth mindset and methodologies to increase marketing performance for conversion and revenue generation

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation abilities

  • Proven ability to balance internal stakeholder requirement, customer needs and technical effort and constraints

  • You have high emotional intelligence to relate your products to customer needs

  • You lead with data and research, not assumptions

  • You are detail oriented and have an eye for design and beautiful products

  • You are very organized -- you write detailed user stories, maintain your backlog, and set clear goals that are shared throughout the organization

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Engineering or Information Systems management, or equivalent work experience

Highly Preferred

  • Hands-on experience with payments technology

  • Experience with Data Platforms and specifically Amplitude or Tableau

  • Previous experience in Marketing and conversion optimization mindset
