Product Manager, Web

We're looking for an analytical and growth-orientated Product Manager to develop our Web platform so that it becomes a key way that couples discover Paired, start their relationship journey with us, and convert into paying users.

You’ll manage the product lifecycle for our web platform from beginning to end, leading a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and analysts.

This is an exciting role that will collaborate closely with other squads and with the Marketing team to grow Web as a share of new users and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for web
• Drive features through their product lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
• Analyse data on performance and come up with hypotheses for high impact experiments
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover user needs and potential solutions
• Set web OKRs and track progress against them
• Work closely with designers to ensure an excellent user experience
• Work closely with engineers to help guide feature development
• Gather ideas and requirements from the marketing team, running brainstorming sessions and following through on the best ideas

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Product Manager working on a website that acts as an acquisition engine
• Strong understanding of marketing and consumer growth strategy and tactics
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to bring others along the product journey with you
• Excellent analytical skills; comfortable doing your own analysis to inform product decisions
• Strong knowledge of information architecture, navigation, UX, and UI design for the web
• Experience working with engineers and an understanding of web technologies
• Passionate about our mission to expand the reach of relationship care to more people
