The Web Team operates in a dynamic space between Product and Marketing. The team’s key objectives are to deliver smart solutions that drive best-in-class SEO, optimise conversion rate, enable delightful and remarkable customer experiences, and guide a wide range of website visitors to the right place and relevant content. Together with the team, you will do all of this while being extremely obsessed with our customers, their experience, and focusing on the brand and website design.

The Web Team is responsible for for the easy to use editorial systems and processes and plays a vital role in setting up Mollie’s Marketing teams for success. Together, Marketing and Web work on building a best-in-class experience that helps Mollie grow.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive commercial performance optimisation of Mollie.com (CRO/SEO);
  • Simplify use cases for a wide range of internal users of the Mollie.com website and CMS;
  • Lead the Web team into a new maturity phase, focused at scalability, decentralisation and localisation;
  • Take the Mollie.com design and UX to the next level and overhaul the most important user journeys;
  • Set an inspiring vision, strategy, and metrics for your product;
  • Help a wide range of stakeholders to understand your vision, strategy and (product) roadmap;
  • Set the direction and lead the implementation of an experimentation program and tooling together with Marketing teams.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, experience with Web products is a plus;
  • A proven track record of (Web) performance optimisation where you have taken a data-driven approach towards optimizing Conversion Rates and SEO;
  • Experience of leading a product in a complex stakeholder environment;
  • Ability to not only set a clear vision and strategy, but also to execute effectively against that in a fast changing environment;
  • Experience in effectively leading Scrum/Kanban processes with a cross-functional team;
  • Experience with Content Management Systems used by a large internal user base is a plus.
