We’re hiring a product manager to support the development of our app for our Trying to Conceive segment who want to learn more about their cycles and overall health to help them reach their goal. 

Reporting to the Lead Product Manager for Parenthood, you will be responsible for uncovering and understanding user needs within your area of the mode. You will partner with a range of  disciplines such as content, UX research, analytics, product design, engineering to scope features, experiments and other initiatives, taking responsibility for the strategy and product  roadmap. Helping create the best user experience possible while delivering and demonstrating business impact through improving trials, subscriptions and LTV is second nature.

What you will be doing:

  • Continuously helping to uncover the user needs and problems of our Trying to Conceive segment  and working with UX research to prioritise which to solve 
  • Assessing the competitive landscape and developing a strong understanding of our core value proposition 
  • Creating the product roadmap for the mode based on user needs and business priorities
  • Communicating with key stakeholders about the progress of initiatives and raising any risks, concerns or blockers to the LPM. 
  • Build the strategy for experiments and features in your mode and driving them through to release accordion to the product roadmap
  • Working with Product Design, UX Content and Engineering throughout the development process - from concepts to the final handoff - to ensure we create an intuitive and delightful product experience
  • Applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, customer understanding, and product intuition to inform your decisions and approach
  • Writing clear, thoughtful product requirements and feature descriptions to help teams work efficiently and effectively 
  • Defining and monitoring product success metrics using data-driven goals
  • Supporting the LPM  in establishing initiatives that are set and measured as part of the company OKR process
  • Partnering with content teams  to understand what assets need to be created to help answer questions of our segment
  • Being a reliable and proactive member of an established team
