Generalist PM role will focus on a wide variety of projects, from improving the end to end user experience to defining the strategy for new products. You will need a strong sense of ownership and a compelling vision to help drive prioritization and alignment across the teams.

Your ultimate goal is to help scale the benefits of web3 to hundreds of millions of users. With this Generalist PM role, you'll have massive ownership and a chance to grow along with the company. You will launch innovative products & features to drive user satisfaction and retention. What you'll be doing:

You will own the short and long term roadmap for a specific product line - being accountable for OKRs
Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and production
Collaborate closely with our cross functional team of engineering, marketing, partnerships, and customer support teams
You will be interacting directly with end-users and Trust Wallet developers to collect feedback and develop user empathy
You'll be a key part of a small agile team

Skillsets you'll need:

Extremely user and designed focused mindset
3+ years full-time experience of product management
Experience establishing process, metrics, and product frameworks to help prioritize across the team
Knowledgeable and interested in Web3 space
Collaborative and open minded
Sharp written and verbal communication in English to both frame and explain concepts
Ability to thrive in uncertainty and challenges: proactive, hands-on, self-starter and perseverant
Strong values, ethics and integrity
Strong intellectual curiosity and honesty, Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
