Job Overview

As an early Product Manager at Transform, you'll own the planning and execution for a large area of our product. Your primary role will be to align Transform’s vision and strategy with our customers' needs. This role will spend significant time with our customers and own strategic initiatives to meet their needs. You'll be accountable for the success of product releases and customer adoption. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and experienced in product management. This role will have a wide range of growth opportunities.

What you will do at Transform

• Set and communicate a vision for large pieces of Transform’s product

• Work closely with our customers to understand their challenges and identify product solutions

• Act as a strategic partner to the company’s leadership on product, positioning, and strategy

• Own the product lifecycle from requirement gathering to product releases and goal tracking

• Act as the connective tissue between the product team and the broader organization

• Empower our customers with products that ensure that everyone has access to reliable data

What you will need to be successful

• 5+ years of experience in product management

• Experience building efficient and scalable project management systems

• Proven ability to digest technical concepts and manage technical projects

• Concise written and verbal communication

• Proven track record of working with leadership

• Experience operating independently in ambiguous situations

Nice to haves

• Familiarity with agile project management in G Suite, Asana, Notion, & Slack

• Experience as a software engineer, designer, or data scientist

• Experience or familiarity with the following:

  • Enterprise or SaaS technology companies;

  • Data or infrastructure in an analytical, engineering, or operating role; or

  • Go-to-market functions such as sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships.
