We are looking for a Product Manager to drive innovative trading products to our institutional customers.

You’ll transform ideas into strategy and product features, following agile development practices to deliver the final product from start to finish. To succeed in this role, you should be a data driven, creative leader and problem-solver with a passion for the crypto industry.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for trading product development across custody business, especially on frontend trading experience for institutional client
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to deliver best-in-class trading solutions and products
You will work daily with our design and engineering teams to develop new and improve existing platform features
Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications
Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and lead product launches
Manage cross-functional and cross-department communication and coordination to ensure product quality and progress, and completion of product milestones

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a product manager coupled with a good understanding of financial trading systems
Built or supported institutional grade client facing trading portals experience is preferred
Sound knowledge on financial products (including derivatives) and trading experience
Sound knowledge on trading lifecycle
Familiarity with Agile workflow and ability to work within an Agile environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related field
Good collaboration and communication ability, fast learner and perseverance
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Product Manager
Bonus points if you have OMS, EMS or Electronic Trading experience
Candidate with backgrounds such as Fidessa, Blackrock Aladdin, Tradingscreen, Enfusion, MarketAxess, Bloomberg or Refiniiv will be advantageous
