As Product Manager - Tracking, you will be responsible for delivering the product vision on a crucial enabler of our ecommerce performance: the collection, storage and analysis of user activity across our websites and apps.

YOUR DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main missions will consist in

1 - Product management

Listen to our data consumers and stakeholders who need reliable tracking datas to get the best understanding and knowledge from our customers' journey

Contribute to build the vision of the tracking platform as a product which deliver tracking data continuously

Work with the group PM and the Tracking Engineering Lead to build a roadmap that would help ManoMano’s data consumers to take data driven decisions and get impactful insight regarding user’s behavior.

Be in charge of the backlog management (take part in Agile rituals, sprint review, retrospectives, PI planning etc.)

2 - Product delivery

Ensure the correct delivery of the Tracking Engineering feature team (Core features, business requests)

Contribute to animate demos of your team to foster a continuous improvement culture

Contribute actively to improve the processes and organization of the team in order to ensure scalability and efficiency

3 - Communicate and share your work

Align transversal stakeholders in order to manage complex dependencies and technical data constraints

Work hand-in-hand with business owners in order to inform them about progress made by the team and identify impactful opportunities that could be added to your team’s backlog.

Work with other teams and PM in order to ensure dependencies are known and tackled

Communicate in a timely manner with your Group PM and Product Director about important information, alerts, etc. Ask for help everytime you need it, and be a fast learner

Expected profile

- 3 years experience minimum as a Web analyst consultant or project manager dedicated to Tracking topics, ideally in an agency or ecommerce environment.

- You have an analytical mindset and already have worked with tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, Content Square, …

- You are comfortable with ab testing protocols and discussing advanced analytics with Data Science colleagues

- You understand the fundamentals of tracking engineering (tagging plan, TMS, dataLayer, server side tracking)

- You handle ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized, prioritized and structured way.

- You have a doer mindset & thrive in a startup environment growing (fast).

- You have intuition and empathy, towards the users of your features, towards your colleagues.

- Your English is strong and you are comfortable in discussing technical topics.
