Fanatics Collectibles is a new company working at the intersection of collectibles and technology. The Topps Company, Inc. is a creator and marketer of sports, entertainment, and recreational products, headquartered in New York, NY, striving to foster an enduring connection between fans and their sport heroes. Its product portfolio includes football, baseball, basketball, ice hockey, soccer, and other sports and non-sports trading cards, jerseys, hats, balls, bats, and photos.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to manage and expand our Content Management System (CMS). You will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest properties in entertainment and sports including Star Wars, Disney, Marvel, the MLB and the NHL.
Your mission will be to deliver the best possible tools and experience to our in-house content team. This position will report to the Director of Product.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our content creation team to define a clear vision for the CMS
  • Draft concise acceptance criteria and acquire wireframes to provide clear guidance to the development team
  • Identify new tools for the content team & developing roadmaps to maintain and deliver great content tools
  • Improve and refine existing features & tools
  • Design intuitive tools that increase quality of life for our content teams
  • Work with in-house and out-of-house engineers to deliver timely updates to the CMS
  • Coordinate with Product Managers to ensure CMS tool tickets are prioritized in accordance with team expectations

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience working with a Development Operations or Development Tools team
  • Experience working with both front-end and back-end dev teams
  • Passion for problem solving and creating unique solutions
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong grasp of UX and UI best practices
  • Experience as JIRA Administrator with experience customizing JIRA projects with various schemes, workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes recommended
  • Passion for collectibles and the brands that Topps and Fanatics represent
