Tome is building across a broad surface area, ranging from types of content you can use to express your work, to ways to collaborate with your team.

Despite the breadth, there’s a need to execute rigorously, with great depth and attention to detail in each area to build a world-class product. To scale that, the team is looking to hire the first Product Manager to drive the team’s most important and complex projects.

What you’ll do

-Define and drive Tome’s product strategy in close partnership with the founders and the product team.

-Plan and prioritize work alongside Engineering and Design in order to ship high quality products at a fast pace.

-Develop and track metrics that ladder up to the company’s objectives.

-Gather and translate insights from users to prioritize product features that attract and retain customers.

-Help to establish the Product Management culture and hiring process at Tome.

-You have in-depth experience shipping products that users love.

-You are passionate about building tools that help people tell compelling stories at work.

-You bring out the strengths of your teammates to solve problems.

-You are an excellent communicator: able to rally a team around a goal, and effectively drive decisions where people might disagree.

-You are comfortable using qualitative data (e.g. user feedback) and quantitative data (e.g. metrics, analytics) to make decisions.

-You are motivated to grow and operate with autonomy in an often-unpredictable, fast paced environment.
